Once your order is confirmed we will provide you with a dispatch date.
Orders that require postage are dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier using either a 24 or 48 hour service; this ensures that your orders are fully tracked along their route and that an exact delivery date can be given.

Packaging
All orders are packed in either film-fronted bags or between layers of bubble-wrap depending on the nature of the order.
As part of our environmental policy we always use recycled and recyclable packaging materials where possible.
